Dogwood Glen Florida Golf Scramble Fundraiser – Alzheimer’s Association

Heritage Pointe’s Dogwood Glen Golf Course is hosting a Florida Golf Scramble Fundraiser on August 9, 2008. All of the proceeds raised during this event will be donated by Heritage Pointe’s team to the Alzheimer’s Association at the annual Memory Walk in Fort Wayne.

• Hole sponsorship is $100
• Door prizes worth $10-$25 — items with company logo, or can be purchased by your staff
• Individual hole sponsors recognized with personal sign at each tee station
• Door prize donations recognized during drawing after scramble

The Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research.
